Results and outcomes from all games are final once settled. pinoy168 will not reverse settled bets except where a clear technical error or system fault is confirmed on our end. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant event or game result.

In the case of a sports betting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that event type, which are displayed in the sports betting section of the platform.

pinoy168 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on corrupted odds, or where there is clear evidence of system manipulation. Where possible, we will notify affected players before voiding and will refund the staked PHP amount to their account balance.

From time to time, pinoy168 may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional credits to players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated when the promotion is active.

Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using strategies that exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

General terms applicable to all promotions: bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and pinoy168 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion in the future.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pinoy168 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
